Abstract A gelatin extracting and charging device mainly solves the problems that sanitation of material is difficult to guarantee, labor intensity is high, and work efficiency is low during gelatin extraction and material charging. The gelatin extracting and charging device is characterized in that branch screws (2) are arranged above gelatin extracting pots (1), discharging valves (3) corresponding to the gelatin extracting pots (1) are arranged on the branch screws (2), and the branch screws (2) are communicated with a major screw (5) through dispensing valves (4). A screw conveyor is used, and accordingly automatic charging is achieved, sanitation of the material is guaranteed, labor intensity is lowered, and work efficiency is improved.
