Abstract | The utility model relates to the energy light splitting element field, particularly to a neutral density optical filter with transmissivity presenting gradual linear changes, comprising a substrate body (1) and a thin layer (2) plated upon the substrate body (1), wherein the central section of the substrate body (1) is provided with an installing hole (3); the periphery of the installing hole (3) is provided with a first clear area (4); the periphery of the substrate body (1) is provided with a second clear area (5); the second clear area (5) is fixedly provided with an annular calibrated scale; the substrate body (1) is internally provided with a third clear area (6); and the thickness of the thin layer (2) varies with the position of the thin layer, with the changes indicated in an index movement mode and meeting the following formula: d=A(1-10(B*alpha)), d being the thickness of the thin layer, A and B being the undetermined parameters, and alpha being the position of the substrate body thin layer.
