The combination seal comprises a packing base; a valve rod, wherein one end of the valve rod is arranged in the valve rod; a hand wheel arranged at the other end of the valve rod; a packing component, which is arranged in the packing base and on the outer side of the valve rod; and a pressing sleeve which is arranged in the packing base, sleeved on the outer side of the valve rod, connected with the packing component and also provided with a pressing device, wherein the pressing device comprises a pressing nut and a spring connected with each other; the pressing nut is sleeved on the outer side of the valve rod; and the spring is arranged between the pressing nut and the pressing sleeve. According to the combination seal, when shrinkage loosening occurs on the seal at a low temperature, the spring applies a pressing force on the seal to keep the seal in the working state, so that leakage at low temperature is prevented.
