A grouting pipe with a grouting hole guide plate relates to auxiliary equipment of building construction, in particular to an improved grouting pipe. The grouting pipe with the grouting hole guide plate is characterized in that on the grouting pipe, a guide plate is welded beside a grouting hole, the guide plate is formed by welding angle iron with a 45-degree angle and angle iron which forms a 45-degree angle with a plane where the grouting hole positioned, and horn mouth force formed on the grouting pipe by the guide plate is unidirectional, therefore, when the grouting pipe is used, more resistance force can not be caused to influence the use of the grouting pipe when the grouting pipe is piled into a foundation facing towards the clockwise direction. Simultaneously soil can be prevented from entering the grouting hole through the 45-degree inclined angle, and the grouting hole can be prevented from being blocked.
