A stay wire binding device comprises a winding post, wherein, a winding gap is axially formed at the rear end of the winding post; the external diameter of the winding post gradually decreases from the gap end to the other end; and at least two wire through rings, which are circular rings, triangular rings, square rings or screw caps, are arranged on the outer wall of the winding post. The binding device adopting the above structure has the advantages that when the binding device is in use, the tail wire of the stay wire is bound to form a ring sleeve to be sleeved on the winding gap after sequentially penetrating the positioning rings, so as to allow the winding post and the stay wire to be basically perpendicular; the tail wire of the stay wire is wound on the winding post at the winding port through rotating the winding post; when the winding of the tail wire is finished, the wire head is extracted from the positioning rings, bypasses the stay wire ring sleeve and is taken down from the gap end of the wind
