A device of a concrete structure covered by wood-imitating paint consists of a wood-imitating paint surface layer, a wood grain base layer, a putty leveling layer and a concrete base layer, wherein the concrete base layer is a base part, and the outer surface of the concrete base layer is required to be as smooth as possible; the putty leveling layer is arranged on the surface of the concrete base layer; the wood grain base layer is arranged on the putty leveling layer; and the wood-imitating paint surface layer is arranged on the wood grain base layer. As the wood grain base layer is in the form of a wood-grain-shaped appearance and is covered by the wood-imitating paint surface layer, the ageing resistance of the wood grain appearance is ensured to be better. By adopting the device, the modern construction technology can be embodied, and the requirements on appearance visual effects of wood structures can be expressed. The device is simple in overall structure, is convenient to operate and use, good in stab
