The machine is characterized in that: the roller is positioned in the machine shell; the helical blade is helically arranged on the outer wall of the roller; the diameter of one end of the roller is smaller than that of the other end of the roller; the feed inlet is formed above the small-diameter end of the roller and communicated with the machine shell; and the discharge hole is formed below the large-diameter end of the roller and communicated with the machine shell.
