Abstract The utility model provides an absorbent material, which is capable of restraining degradation of antiallergic agent and making full use of the antiallergic effect of the antiallergic agent when in use. The absorbent material (1) is provided with a liquid-permeable surface piece (2), a liquid-tight back piece and an absorber arranged between the surface piece and the back piece, hot melting resin melting by the aid of the body temperature of a user is coated on a side of the surface piece contacting with a skin, and the antiallergic agent is coated on the side of the surface piece contacting with the skin, in the absorber or on the surface of a side of the back piece close to the absorber.
