Abstract | The utility model discloses a precise composite blanking mold of a crawler-belt chain track heat-saving forged component. The precise composite blanking mold is mounted on a machine tool and used for shaping a punch edge-cutting belt of the forged component by the vertical movement of an upper mold seat group slider. The mold comprises an upper mold seat, a lower mold seat, an edge-cutting concave mold, a convex-concave mold, a punch assembly, a pressure mold and a discharge plate. The convex-concave mold is cooperated with the punch assembly and the edge-cutting concave mold in turn to shape the punch edge-cutting belt of the crawler-belt chain track heat-saving forged component, thus three steps are integrated together, so as to increase the production efficiency, save the production cost and greatly increase the market competitive power of the products. |
