Abstract | The utility model discloses a structure of a spindle cutter releasing and unloading mechanism, which is characterized in that a pressure cover is coaxially fixed and installed on the back end surface of a spindle, a nut is fixed and installed on a cutter pull rod, a thrust bearing of a cutter releasing structure is fixed at the front end of a piston, the piston is arranged in a cylinder body, an unloading disc which is fixed with the cylinder body is arranged on the upper surface of a boss of the pressure cover to form lapping, a cylinder sleeve is fixed and installed on a spindle box and is arranged in a same installation hole with the cylinder body, a spring is installed between the periphery of the tail end of the piston and the cylinder body, the unloading mechanism installation holes of the cylinder body, the cylinder sleeve and the spindle box together form a negative closed oil cavity, an axial oil injection hole is processed at the back part of the cylinder body and forms a positive closed oil cavity |
