Abstract | The utility model discloses an integral clamping T-shaped busbar, which is a novel important conducting apparatus for straddle type rail transportation. The integral clamping T-shaped busbar is characterized in that an integral clamping T-shaped busbar cable clamp and a body are integrated, and the problems of contact resistance and interface corrosion caused by separation of the cable clamp from the body can be solved, so that conducting performance is improved greatly and service life is prolonged greatly. Welding process is omitted in installation, busbars are connected by an electric connecting plate in a riveted mode by the aid of American Huck rivets closely and reliably, the integral clamping T-shaped busbar optimizes quality and heat treatment state of raw materials, the sectional area of the integral clamping T-shaped busbar is decreased so that aluminum is saved by more than 18%, and calculated carrying capacity is improved by more than 15% of an international annealed copper standard (IACS). |
