Abstract The utility model discloses an expanded tire shock-absorbing device for machining an annular thin-walled part. In the device, polyurethane rubber serves as a material for absorbing shock and expanding the part. The shock and the deformation of the part are reduced or eliminated by expanding the part with an expanding mechanism in a machining process, and the machining quality and the production efficiency are improved.
