The utility model provides a car interior trim part, which comprises an interior trim part main body and a plug, wherein the interior trim part main body is provided with at least one through notch, and the plug is applicable to be fixed to the interior trim part main body and at least covers the notch partially. Thereby, after a screw which penetrates through the notch fixes the interior trim part main body onto a car body (like a side beam), the plug can be fixed to the interior trim part main body, and at least covers the exposed part of the screw partially. Consequently, the adverse effect of the exposed part of the screw to the car inside appearance is reduced. Under the condition that the size and position of the plug is appropriately set, the exposed part of the screw can be completely covered, and thereby the adverse effect of the exposed part of the screw to the inside appearance of the car is eliminated.
