Abstract The utility model provides a piston for a head hard anodized combustion motor. The material of the base body is Al-Si alloy; the piston is characterized in that an anodized film layer of 8-60 mum is arranged on an outer surface of the piston head; the anodized film layer generating technique adopts direct current power for anodization, namely, removing oil chemically, washing by hot water, washing by cold water, bright dipping, washing by the cold water, oxidizing and washing by the cold water. The conditions for the anodization are: voltage for 45-70V, the oxidizing current density for 3-7A/dm , the temperature of the oxidizing solution at -5 to 0 DEG C, oxidizing time for 30-60min and the concentration for the oxidizing solution being 200-240g/L for sulfuric acid, 15-20g/L for oxalic acid and 0.2-0.5g/L for aluminum sulfate.
