Disclosed is a conductive film of a language learning machine, which uses a softer plastic film as a substrate. A signal conductor wire is arranged on at least one partial area of one lateral surface of the conductive film, and a decorative layer is coated on at least one partial area on the other lateral surface of the conductive film. The language learning machine using the conductive film comprises a first base plate and a second base plate which are connected via a hinge in a relative rotation manner, the opposite inner lateral surfaces of the first base plate and the second base plate are flat planes, the conductive film is fixedly connected on the inner lateral surfaces of the first base plate and the second base plate, at least a part of the decorative layer is positioned on a visible portion on the outer side of the conductive film, and the signal conductor wire of the conductive film is electrically connected with a circuit board of a central controller of the language learning machine.
