Abstract The utility model discloses a replacement device for a gun head of a blast-furnace gun, which comprises a support frame and an opposite part; and an opposite hole is formed on the opposite part, which is arranged on the support frame in a sliding manner. The replacement device also comprises a drilling roll extending into the opposite hole; the drilling roll comprises a drilling rod and a drilling head arranged at one end of the drilling rod; and the diameter of the drilling rod is smaller than the internal diameter of the opposite hole. The replacement device is sleeved on the gun head through the support frame and used for adjusting the opposite part to ensure that the opposite hole is formed opposite to a pin hole; and the drilling roll extends into the opposite hole and the pin hole to butt against a positioning pin and is knocked by a hammer to knock out the positioning pin, so as to realize the quick replacement of the gun head.
