The pulley gear comprises pulleys and a pulley framework, wherein the pulley framework has two layers, each layer of the pulley framework is provided with three pulleys which are shaped like a regular triangle, the triangle shape formed by the three pulleys at the first layer has an angle of 180 degrees with the triangle shape formed by the three pulleys at the second layer, and each layer of the pulley framework is provided with a part for opening the triangle shape of the pulleys.
