Abstract | The utility model relates to a transmission line construction device, in particular to a pulley gear for protecting a high-strength insulating rope during the transmission line construction, which minimizes the damage of the high-strength insulating rope and prolongs the service life during the paying-off construction of leads and earth wires. The pulley gear comprises pulleys and a pulley framework, wherein the pulley framework has two layers, each layer of the pulley framework is provided with three pulleys which are shaped like a regular triangle, the triangle shape formed by the three pulleys at the first layer has an angle of 180 degrees with the triangle shape formed by the three pulleys at the second layer, and each layer of the pulley framework is provided with a part for opening the triangle shape of the pulleys.
