Abstract A three-dimensional motion manipulator for a biochemical analyzer comprises a sampling mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a vertical moving mechanism and a frame, wherein the sampling mechanism comprises a sampling/reagent needle and a sampling/reagent needle connecting piece, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating direction motor, a rotary drive wheel, a rotary belt and a rotary driven wheel, wherein the vertical moving mechanism comprises a longitudinal moving motor, a longitudinal moving drive wheel, a longitudinal belt and a longitudinal driven wheel arranged on the lower portion of a frame, the other end of the sampling/reagent needle connecting piece is connected with the upper end of a ball spline shaft which is parallel to the sampling/reagent needle, the straight bearing of the ball spline shaft is arranged in a first bearing, the lower end of the ball spline shaft is connected with the longitudinal belt through a coupler, and the rotary driven wheel is connected with the ball spline shaft
