Abstract | The utility model relates to a front-mounted through hole type anastomat, in particular to an improvement of the anastomat, belonging to medical apparatus. A sleeve head is connected with a main body by a sleeve rod, and the top of the sleeve head is provided with a threading through hole. The front-mounted through hole type anastomat has the advantages of novel structure, simpleness and practicability, and convenient use, can reduce operation procedure when the gullet coincides with the stomach during excision of esophageal cancer, and lowers the possibilities that the gastric tube is inserted into the windpipe or that the gastric tube bends and circles at the upper end of the oral cavity, the pharynx or the gullet when an anaesthetist inserts the stomach tube, thus reducing the operation difficulty of the anaesthetist, lowering the possibility of generation of side injury of upper sections of the oral cavity, the pharynx, the windpipe and the gullet, and having significant meaning to the recovery of the pat |
