The lid comprises a lid top plate and a lid bottom box; the dust cover is hinged at the front end of the lid top plate or the lid bottom box; a rotary pin hole extends out from the bottom of the dust cover; a rotary pin is arranged on the lid top plate or the lid bottom box; and the rotary pin is inserted into the rotary pin hole and is in running fit with the rotary pin hole.
