Abstract | The utility model discloses a connecting-rod adjustable inner-sphere turning tool, mainly consisting of a cutter head (1), a slide bar (3), a slide seat (4), a left screw rod (6), a right screw rod (10), a regulating nut (8) and a taper shank (12). The cutter head is fixedly connected with one end of the slide rod; the slide seat is covered on the slide bar; the other end of the slide bar is connected with one end of the left screw rod by pin hinge (5); the regulating nut is connected between the left screw rod and the right screw rod, and the other end of the right screw rod is connected with one end of the taper shank by pin (11) hinging. A connecting-rod adjustable structure is adopted, and the rotary motion produced by the motion of the connecting rod drives the cutter head to realize circular feeding to machine the inner spherical face.
