Abstract A cyclic fluidized online cleaning spiral sleeve heat exchanger is characterized in that not only a ring channel between an external casing and inner core tube has a spiral line, but also the horizontal section of an in/out pipeline connected to a fluidized particle cyclic groove has a spiral line. The spiral line of the ring channel can directly wind outside the inner tube, also wind on an elastic bracket of the inner tube, furthermore can be fixed on the inner wall of the external casing or on a spiral sheet on the inner wall of the external casing. During normal operation, the convection heat transfer at one side of the ring channel is realized through the spiral lines or the spiral sheet, the heat transfer film coefficient at the inner side of the tube is improved by about 30%. When the external wall dirt of the inner core tube needs to clean, relying on the guidance role of the spiral lines, even the cooling water flow velocity in the tube is only 0. 45m/s, the uniform fluidized clean is able to realize
