The wheel adopts ductile cast iron material casting technical complete making, the thickening and widening is processed corresponding to the wheel edge, the wheel rim, the rib and the spoke of the relative steel car wheel. Because the ductile cast iron replacing type steel material , the casting technology replaces rolling welding technology, the whole body is cast on structure, the wheel edge, the wheel rim, the spoke receiving force concentration and sensitive position are improved. The wheel not only has short process flow, the quality is easy to control with high cost performance, and greatly improves the binding and radial fatigue property, and reduces the damage and breakage happening.
