Summary:The utility model provides a double-end shoe-mould engraving and milling machine. The machine is controlled by a built-in DSP and CNC programmable multi-spindle motion controller, and comprises a machine frame, a pair of Y-axis guide rails, a Y-axis base plate, a shoe-mould clamp, a left and a right upright posts, a transverse beam, a pair of X-axis guide rails, a left and a right Z-axis feeding mechanisms, a left and right cutting mechanisms, a left and a right cutter aligning devices, and a X-axis moving mechanism. The double-end shoe-mould engraving and milling machine of the utility model adopts a right and left threaded double-nut pre-tensioned ball screw mandrel, has two sets of power mechanisms, adopts a set of controller for operation, and can shape a left and a right shoe moulds simultaneously at one time according to the CNC instruction. Compared with prior art which only can process one shoe mould at one time, the utility model improves work efficiency by one time. More importantly, the utility model avoids error caused by secondary processing and secondary clamping, improves precision of shoe mould and has great economic value and social value.
