A nanometre face fabric layer is arranged under the warm keeping layer, the thickness of the nanometre face fabric layer is 0.01 to 0.5 mm and the size of the nanometre face fabric layer is 200x200 to 1800x2000mm, and the nanometre face fabric layer is connected with the periphery of the cotton face fabric layer. The utility model structure is reasonable and easy to process and manufacture, waterproof as well as permeable; thereby the range of application is wide, in particular suitable for operating by the children.
