Abstract | The utility model relates to a controlling device of a heating furnace on the oil field, in particular to an automatic heating device of the heating furnace that can automatically judge whether the oil well is in an interval and ensures the safe operation of the heating furnace. The technical proposal is that a manifold part and a circuit controlling part are included; wherein, the manifold part refers to that a pipeline goes through a general electromagnetic valve, and at least one line enters a hearth by the pipeline through a dividing electromagnetic valve, and one line enters the hearth by the pipeline and through a manually operation needle valve; the circuit controlling part is composed of temperature sensors that arranged on an inlet and an outlet of the hearth, a flame detection controller that is arranged inside the hearth, and a control system. The utility model has the advantages of that the utility model can ensure that the heating furnace can be operated by the heating medium in the constant temperature, and the temperature is controlled within the set scope; through the temperature detection at the inlet and the outlet of the hearth, when the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet is in a certain scope, the oil well is determined as being in a interval status; besides, the system automatically extinguishes the main flame to protect a heating furnace coil and prevents the coil from coking, thereby saving the energy. |
