Abstract | The invention discloses a composition formula of high-brightness, environmental- protection rare-earth ion activated alkaline-earth solid solution titanate fluorescent powder and the preparing method thereof, characterized in that on the basis of rare-earth ion activated alkaline-earth titanate fluorescent powder composed of single alkaline-earth element, by means of element substitution between alkaline-earth ions and high temperature atmosphere firing, preparing the alkaline-earth ion solid solution titanate fluorescent powder which has high luminosity and serviceability when excited by low voltage electron beam and UV, where the firing atmosphere can select one or the mixture of air, CO, N2 and H2. And it has characters of simple process, low cost and high brightness; besides, the prepared fluorescent powder has excellent characters of no toxicity and high stability, able to be widely used in information display field of electron beam excited display screens. |
