The invention discloses a battery cover structure, used to install the battery cover on the shell of a portable electronic device such as a mobile phone or PDA, and comprising casing, elastic piece, cover body and clamping body, where the casing is provided with a battery containing tank and a fastening part whose end toward the casing is opened to make the cover body only able to be embedded and withdrawn from this end, the casing is also provided with a fastening column; the cover body is provided with a fastening body, the fastening part and fastening body cooperates to install the cover body on the casing, and a socket is made on the cover corresponding to the fastening column; the elastic piece provides torque force and is arranged on the cover body, one end cooperating with the cover body and the other end cooperating with the clamping body; the clamping body is of a plate in shapeú¼one side of the clamping body is made with an opening and one side of the opening is an incline, and the clamping body is rotatablely installed on the cover body, the fastening column extends out from the socket, and the opening and the socket is staggered to make the fastening column support the clamping body so as to make the cover body unable to be withdrawn from the casing. And it makes a battery cover simple to be removed, able to conveniently change a battery.
