The main technical key point is that: a cheap and abundant anionic activity precursor alkylbenzene sulfonic acid neutralizing alkali and generating an anionic surface active cleaning agent - sodium alkyl benzene sulphonate, using one or two multifunctional slow releasing - plasticizing agent, inorganic nanometer antibiotic powder as the antibiotic material, and the modified nanometer essence to release perfume. The product of this component is novel and unique, the effect appreciable and the price cheap, having a strong competitive power and extensive value.
