The invention has simple technique and low cost, with the smallest bubble point pressure of 1.0-1.8kg/cm2, water filtration speed of 1-3m3/m2h (pressure of filtration is 0.006-0.009Mpa), can be directly applied in filtration of antibacterial in water, with remarkable economic and social benefits.
