Abstract | The present invention relates to intoxicating mechanism research, of indoor air pollutant toluene diisocyanate, and is aimed at researching the absorption, distribution, excretory condition and metabolic mechanism, pathway and metallic product of the toluene diisocyanate in animal body and main metabolic targent organ, and utilizing RT-PCR method and combining it with laser cofocal scanning technique and digital image processing system to research the influence of toluene diisocyanate and metabolic product on target cell receptor and gene expression, revealing intoxicating mechanism of said compound from molecular level and providing scientific theoretical basis for ecological risk assessment, environment law enforcement and defining prophylactico-therapeutic measures. |
