Summary: | High specific capacitance alloy foil and its manufacture are disclosed. This invention relates to an aluminum alloy containing Cu 0.2 - 0.25, Mg 0.04 - 0.06, Zn 0.20, Mn 0.1 - 0.4, Fe 0.8 - 1.0, Si 1.0, Ti 0.2, and Al 100 by weight. It is melted, forged, homogenized at 600 deg.C, rolled at 500 deg.C into thick rolls, cold rolled and inter-annealed at 380 - 420 deg.C, finally rolled to be foils with thickness of 0.04 - 0.05 mm. The foils have ideal corrosion speeds to form uniform porous corrosive surface with specific capacitance of 370 - 430 Ufcm in specified conditions.
高比电容合金箔及其生产方法,本发明涉及的是一种铝基合金及其生产方法,合金成分重量份数比为:Cu0.2-0.25、Mg0.04-0.06、Zn0.20、Mn0.1-0.4、Fe0.8-1.0、Si1.0、Ti0.2、Al100,配制原料,进行锻造,在600℃进行均化处理,在500℃下进行热轧成厚卷,再冷轧然后进行中间退火处理,中间退火温度控制在380-420℃,最终轧成0.04-0.05mm厚的箔材。采用本发明的方法制造的产品具有理想的腐蚀速度,在规定的条件下,能形成均匀的多孔腐蚀表面,比电容可达370-430Ufcm。 |
