With the process, carbide can eliminate the convex edge in rolling time, the invention upgrades the process efficiency of rolling; because of selecting proper carbide residue and rolling process parameter, the crank processed by the process, compared with rolling process, the fatigue intensity is not decreased. 本发明公开了一种曲轴滚压强化工艺:是在曲轴粗加工后增加半精磨工序,半径方向预留精磨余量0.15~0.30mm,在半精磨工序后进行圆角滚压强化,然后精磨轴颈到成品尺寸。采用该工艺方案后,精磨时可以消除滚压时的凸缘,也对曲轴滚压后径向跳动要求降低,提高了滚压工序效率;由于选择合适的精磨余量和滚压工艺参数,经过该工艺加工的曲轴,与精磨后滚压工艺相比,曲轴弯曲疲劳强度没有下降,克服了曲轴半精磨后滚压再进行精磨,会将滚压强化层磨去,疲劳强度会显著降低的传统观念。
