本发明公开了一种纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器及其制造方法,主要解决压力容器整体性能发挥不好的问题,提供一种耐压强度高的纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器及其制造方法。一种纤维复合材料压力容器,它包括纤维缠绕复合材料层及压力容器内衬,其特征在于:所述压力容器内衬与所述纤维缠绕复合材料层之间以及纤维缠绕复合材料层与层之间铺敷有变形协调层。其制造方法为:1)用金属材料加工成内衬;2)将纤维复合材料经环氧树脂浸渍处理,以缠绕方式缠至金属内衬上;3)复合材料纤维缠绕层的层与层之间预埋有变形协调层;4)分层固化。其具有质量轻、成本低、质量稳定、耐疲劳性能及防爆性能好等优点。即使遭到破坏也不会产生出大量杀伤性碎片。 |
