Summary: | A soft core pit and process for culturing pearl using the soft core pit, wherein the soft core pit comprises pearl powder, wax, lanolin and lecithin, and the process comprises mixing the raw material into round soft core pit, removing the internal organs marrow ball, ligament particles and exocuticula abraded pigment belt, then cutting it into cell snippets, and cutting wounds on the pallium, finally cultivating for several days in clean water, and cultivating by suspension in cultivation waters. The pearl cultivation is then completed according to the conventional incubation and management method. The advantages of the invention are high production and quality.
一种软芯核以及使用该软芯核培育珍珠的方法,所述软芯核由珍珠层粉55%~70%、蜡质15%~25%、羊毛脂12%~18%和卵磷脂1%~2%组成。先将上述比例的原料混合制成直径为2mm~3mm圆形软芯核;然后将去掉内脏团、韧带的小片蚌外表皮切除色素带,然后切成片厚为0.45mm~0.55mm、大小为软芯核表面1/10~1/8的细胞小片;再将选择好的育珠蚌洗净,在其外套膜上开有创口,由此送进用细胞小片的分泌面贴住的软芯核;最后放入清水体中暂养数天后,再移入养殖水域进行吊养,按照常规方法培育管理,即完成珍珠的养殖。由于插入是软芯核,对育珠蚌的刺激小,吐核反应弱,固核率高,且珠形好;因此产量和质量高、经济效益好,是值得推广的培育技术。 |
