Abstract | A process for preserving the living bacteria contained in biologic preparation includes such steps as adding corn-starch to the fermented living bacteria contained mud, adding starch and cellulose, proportional mixing, stirring, drying, granulating, ebullience drying, and tabletting.
本发明公开了一种利用玉米淀粉保存活菌生物制剂中活菌的方法,主要是在采用现有的芽孢杆菌为菌种,经发酵后的含活菌生物制剂成品的制作过程中,加入一定的能延长活菌保存期的添加成分,其特征在于在发酵后含活菌生物制剂成品的制作过程中,向含水菌泥中加入适量的玉米淀粉,然后制成活菌生物制剂成品,上述添加玉米淀粉的方法为:取一定量发酵后并经离心脱水后的含水菌泥,加入适量的玉米淀粉,并加入适量的淀粉及纤维素,进行混合搅拌干燥、制粒、沸腾干燥、压片即成,其中菌泥的含水量为70-80%,玉米淀粉的添加量为菌泥的4-6%(重量%),淀粉及纤维素的添加量为菌泥的80-120%和8-15%。 |
