Summary: | The present invention is the process of grafting polypropylene with unsaturated organic acid and one kind of secondry monomer, styrene, in supercritical CO2 medium. The preparation process includes the following steps: reaction among unsaturated organic acid grafting monomer, subsidiary grafting monomer styrene, polypropylene and initiator in supercritical CO2 medium for 2-6 hr. The grafted product has grafting rate as high as 5.5%, obviously raised thermal performance, dyeing performance, etc., 30 deg.c raised thermal decomposing temperature. The present invention has wide application foreground in industrial production.
本发明公开了一种以苯乙烯为第二单体(辅助接枝)采用超临界CO#-[2]介质不饱和有机酸接枝聚丙烯的方法。本发明的方法包括如下步骤:将不饱和有机酸接枝单体、辅助接枝单体苯乙烯,聚丙烯和引发剂以超临界状态的二氧化碳为介质,反应2~6小时,即获得目标产物,接枝率可达到5.5%以上,所获得的接枝产物的热性能、染色性能等得到了明显的改善,接枝产物的热分解温度比接枝前聚丙烯的热分解温度提高30℃左右,采用分散性染料,上染率提高5倍左右,由此可见,本发明的方法的接枝率较高,具有工业化生产的广阔前景。 |
