Summary: | Stator of main power motor is floated and locked up by self-locking mechanism. Frequency control is utilized by a low power asynchronous motor to adjust needed speed of stator of main power motor. Thus, differential motion is generated between the stator of main power motor and the rotor so as to realize stepless speed change in constant power. The invention provides features of smooth and reliable speed adjustment, more than 90úÑ mechanical efficiency, speed adjustable range from synchronous speed to zero (stop). Motor starts rotating from zero rotation, thus starting current is small. More than 100kw large motor can be made in compact structure, suitable to promoting use.
一种恒功率无级变速的三相交流异步电动机,主动力电机的定子浮动,并用自锁机构锁住,用小功率异步电机采用变频调速,使主动力电机的定子按所需要调速。主动力电机的定子和转子产生了差动运动。从而成为恒功率无级变速。电机调速平稳可靠,机械效率可达90%以上,调速范围可从电机同步转速调至零转(停止)。电机从零转起动;起动电流小,不必采用补偿措施。承载功率大,可以制成100kw以上的大电机,结构紧凑,制造工艺成熟,适宜大批量推广使用。 |
