Summary: | The continuously-casting production process of conventional welding electrode steel includes the following procedures: molten iron preparation, converter charging, converter smelting, deoxidization alloying, external refining and continuous casting. In the deoxidization alloying procedure, according to the total weight of molten iron the following deoxidizing agents are added, the calcium carbide, titanium-ion alloy and silicon-calcium alloy, etc. are added into the ladle, and the aluminium-manganese-iron alloy is added into the converter. Said invention implements of continuous coating production of ultralow silicon welding electrode steel, and its silicon content is less than 0.035. |
