Abstract This invention discloses a pixel construction suitable for wide-angle LCD, which comprises a base plate, a pixel electrode and a stored capacitor. The pixel electrode is located at upper space of pixel area of the base plate, and at least has a narrow slit. The stored capacitor is located between the base plate and pixel electrode, which comprises a bottom electrode, a capacity dielectric layer and an upper electrode. The bottom electrode is mounted at the pixel area, which has a germination area with the narrow slit. The capacity dielectric layer and upper electrode are located in the bottom electrode in order, wherein; upper electrode at least has a concaved area to partially emerge germination area.
