An Se-enriched nutritive granular ganoderma food as a nutritive health-care food is produced by mixing rice with soldium of selenite to obtain growth substrate for culturing ganoderma mycelia and by further processing of the resultant. Its advantages include rice nutrients including Se active component of ganoderma, minerals, medical function, low cost and its good enjoyment to eat.
