Abstract The invention relates to treatment system for industrial waste water, which comprises a sodium chloride electrobath, a chlorine absorption tank, a storage tank for sodium hydroxide solution, an oxidation pond with a output pump, a pressure filter, a adjusting pond for pH value, an aerobic biochemical pond with a input pump, a deposition pond, a fan, and a sludge pump. Wherein, electrolyzing sodium chloride solution to prepare chlorine absorbed by water in absorption tank to form mixed solution of hydrogen chloride and hypochlorous acid, and sodium hydroxide solution; treating the printing and dyeing wastewater in said mixed solution; then, by turns, after filtering, adjusting pH value, aerating and biochemical treatment, the supernatant achieves standard to discharge and lower sludge can be filtered and condensed for further treatment. This method has low cost and high efficiency.
