Abstract | The present invention relates to the prepn. method of phenolformaldehyde resin shaping material containing no free ammonia or little free ammonia, said method uses liquid or solid phenolformaldehyde self-hardening resin (commonly called resol resin) or its modified resin with its molecular structure containing more than one hydroxymethyl functional group, or uses liquid or solid amine resin or its modified resin with its molecular structure containing more than one hydroxymethyl functional group to proceed crosslinking reaction with non self-hardening phenolformalyde resin (commonly called novolac resin). The invented preparation method of phenolformaldehyde resin shaping material can proceed milling directly after mixing in common mixer, the drying process in conventional technology can be omitted. |
