Summary: | The production process of iron-base alloy powder metallurgy product adopts the following ingredients of (wt%) powdered iron (Fe) 95.35%, copper powder (Cu) 1.5%, graphitic carbon powder (C) 0.5%, manganese powder (Mn) 0.4%, Mo 0.5%, Cr 1.5%., S 0.15% and 20# engine oil, and its production process includes the following steps: (1) blending; (2) die-filling; (3) pressing; (4) stripping; (5) baat-charging; (6) sintering in continuous sintering furnace, sintering time is 20 min. and sintering temp. is 800-850 deg.C; (7) secondary pressing; (8) secondary high temp. sintering, sintering temp. is 1120 deg.C and heat-insulating time is 25 min.; (9) quick cooling; (10) heat treatment: a. carbonitriding, carbonitrided layer depth is 1-2 mm. b. quenching, quenching temp. is 860 deg.c, oil cooling, and c. tempering temp. is 150-160 deg.C and heat-insulating time is 120 min.; and (11). machining, polishing and planishing. The metallurgical product cam produced by adopting said invention is high inhardness, compact in metallographic texture, low in cost, wear-proof, and long in service life. |
