Abstract Chrysanthemic acid and phenyl ether aldelhyde as main material reacts to produce 30% fenpropathrin solution in dimethylbenzene, which is processed through desolvation, dissolving, crystallization, filtration, showering, drying, crushing, and other steps to prepare fenpropathrin crystal powder with content larger than 90%. The said process has high powder yield, less loss of fenpropathrin, reuse of solvent and easy operation, and it is easy to match the fenpropathrin synthesizing equipment and to industrialize.
