Abstract The invention discloses a method, a capture probe and a system suitable for specifically extracting target nucleic acid from a large-volume sample, and belongs to the technical field of nucleic acid extraction. According to the method provided by the invention, a plurality of specific capture nucleic acids C which are labeled by a marker B and can be specifically bound with target nucleic acids and a solid-phase carrier carrying a marker A capable of being specifically bound with the marker B are utilized, and the target nucleic acids in a sample are bound to the solid-phase carrier through the capture nucleic acids C to form a solid-phase carrier-A-B-C-target nucleic acid compound; furthermore, the target nucleic acid in a large-volume sample can be specifically captured and extracted.
