Abstract The invention discloses a modified superfine composite mineral admixture which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of S95-grade granulated blast-furnace slag powder, 20-40 parts of low-quality fly ash, 3-10 parts of gypsum, 3-10 parts of tailing slag, 3-10 parts of steel slag and 1-5 parts of a special auxiliary production aid.
