The appearance adhesive tape structure comprises an appearance base material layer and a hot melt adhesive layer which are co-extruded and molded, the hot melt adhesive layer is arranged on one side, facing the front surface of the solar cell module, of the appearance base material layer, and is used for bonding the appearance adhesive tape structure with a cell string in the solar cell module in the preparation process of the solar cell module; the appearance base material layer is used for realizing appearance consistency of the back contact solar cell module, and the appearance bas
