Abstract The present invention relates to a liquid crystal polymer resin and a molded material thereof, the liquid crystal polymer resin comprising a structural unit represented by formula (I): # imgabs0 #, the thermal loss of the liquid crystal polymer resin being greater than 0.038% and less than 0.108%. A formed material prepared from the liquid crystal polymer resin has the characteristics that the tensile strength is more than 1300kgf/cm < 2 >, the tensile modulus is more than 5000MPa and the elongation at break is less than 8.0%; besides, in the state of the recycled liquid crystal polymer resin, the formed section prepared from the recycled liquid crystal polymer resin has similar mechanical properties of the formed section prepared from the liquid crystal polymer resin before recycling, so that the recycled liquid crystal polymer resin has the potential of being reproduced into a product and can conform to a green process. 本发明关于一种液晶高分子树脂及其成型材,该液晶高分子树脂包含由下式(I)表示的结构单元,#imgabs0#该液晶高分子树脂的热失重大于0.038%且小于0.108%。利用本发明
