Abstract The invention provides a rapid propagation and seedling hardening method for gentian plants, and relates to the technical field of biology. According to the method, the seedling rate of gentian plants under different field seed collection conditions is guaranteed and the seedlings are healthy and strong mainly through substrate surface treatment and precise control of seed germination conditions and seedling hardening conditions. The method does not involve the application of chemical preparations such as hormones, is simple and convenient to operate and low in cost, and has certain application and reference values for part of annual or primary reproduction plants and plants with small seed harvesting window periods. 本发明提供了一种龙胆属植物快速繁殖及炼苗的方法,涉及生物技术领域。本发明主要通过基质表面处理、精控种子萌发条件及炼苗条件,实现了不同种子野外采集条件下龙胆属植物成苗率保障及实现幼苗的健康茁壮。本发明并不涉及激素等化学制剂的施用,操作简便且成本较低,在针对部分一年生或一次生殖,以及种子采收窗口期较小的植物,具有一定的应用和借鉴价值。
